    Observation Plans for WHI: IPS measurements at 327 MHz will be made over the entire WHI campaign period. Multiple lines of sight (using ~1000 radio sources) will be used to obtain 3-D views of the solar wind speed and density turbulence, the heliocentric distance range of 0.1-1 AU.
